Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager Scrum Master in Lahore. The Project Manager Scrum Master will be responsible for managing projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the requisite quality standards. The Project Manager Scrum Master works in an Agile team to lead and monitor the development process and act as a facilitator for team meetings, including sprint planning and reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Expeditor and Expediting skills for coordinating procurement and delivery schedules
- Project Management and Inspection skills for overseeing project deliverables
- Logistics Management skills for ensuring timely delivery of project materials and services
- Strong leadership and communication skills to lead the team and liaise with clients
- Scrum Master certification and experience in Agile methodology for software development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and Scrum
