Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Lahore at Premium Ventures (Multiple retail franchises). The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, coordinating employee training programs, and managing the performance management process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in recruiting, training, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience in retail or customer service industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
