Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Specialist located in Lahore. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for installing and configuring software, researching and resolving technical issues and creating system documentation and training materials. The Implementation Specialist will also provide technical expertise and guidance to clients regarding software implementation and usage.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- We are seeking a candidate with a background ranging from entry-level to one year of professional experience.
- Ability to ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and support
- Experience in software implementation and configuration
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support to clients
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Experience with Business Management & Control software is a plus
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
