Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing customer accounts, generating leads, negotiating sales, providing training to customers, and managing the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Experience in providing training and mentoring to customers and sales team
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and cultivate relationships with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in the interior design industry or related field is a plus
