Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales caller to join our team, focusing on expanding our client base and sales in the UK market. This role involves working onsite in office at Barkat Market, Garden Town with work hours aligned to UK business hours (2 PM – 10 PM). The ideal candidate will be proactive, deeply understand the UK market, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively target the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role focusing on the UK market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Proactive, independent, with an ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to different time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
