Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Islamabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for handling full-life cycle recruiting, including employer branding, interviewing, and hiring candidates for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience in creating and executing employer branding strategies
- Strong interviewing and screening skills to identify the best candidates for the role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Adept at using recruiting software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
