Job Description
- Develop an Annual Retail Sales Budget (Month, Product & Team member wise)
- Establish retail sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for areas; projecting expected sales volume and profit and communicating the same to managers Consumer Business and front-line retail team members.
- Lead innovation-led growth to expand retail business opportunities; maintaining up-to-date knowledge of retail trends, marketplace and competitors.
- Develop, launch and lead product marketing campaigns and promotions for new customer acquisition as well as growing retail business revenue.
- Closely monitor daily retail operation plans and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Conduct periodic visits to nation-wide express centres throughout the country for service benchmarking, operational audit efficacy as well as identifying critical issues for improvements.
- Continuous analysis of achievement of retail sales business plan and recommend strategies for growth & improvement.
- Support Area Sales Managers by providing quality leadership in their assigned tasks through constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements and inspiring them for business unit profitability and expansion.
- Advise, coach and train retail sales teams across the country on a variety of business initiatives, target achievement and business expansion.
- Work collaboratively with administration, finance, and operation teams for new site acquisition for express centres & franchises.
- Ensure effective and accurate inventory control to maximize stock replenishment at express centers by working closely with administration and procurement department.
- Monitor adequate availability of stock levels in nation-wide retail express centres, identify potential out-of-stock issues, and ensure prompt action and service delivery.
