Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients both locally and internationally. Develop strategies to target potential clients in various sectors needing accounting services.
- Lead Management: Actively manage and nurture leads through various stages of the sales process, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, attend relevant events, and participate in forums to establish strong relationships and business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition effectively.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on sales activities and results, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the accounting or financial services sector.
- Demonstrable ability to engage and secure new clients, both locally and internationally.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
