Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Center Manager/Front Desk Manager. As the Assistant Center Manager/Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our center, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and staff.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front desk, greeting and assisting clients with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Supervising and training front desk staff to guarantee smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and bookings to optimize center utilization.
- Assisting the Center Manager in administrative tasks, such as financial record-keeping, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong leadership abilities. A background in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
