Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing training initiatives for both white-collar and blue-collar workers, as well as overseeing change management and fostering leadership development.
- Responsible for talent project implementation, and formulation of Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Lead & monitor succession planning process in the company.
- Ensure employee engagement and satisfaction in the company.
- Conduct TNA & IDP assessment of management staff, & align trainings according to identified gaps.
- Develop and implement core/ leadership competency framework.
- Responsible to manage online e-learning platforms, including content creation, assessment and implementation of learning paths.
- Conduct Training Programs on Soft Skills to enhance workforce learning & development.
- Standardize and upgrade training courses.
- Implementation of TNA designed for blue collar employees & its execution for their soft skills & technical trainings with collaboration of expert technical trainers to elevate their skill set.
- Plan and develop trainings / R&D projects with educational institutions, government bodies & industry.
