Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineering Lead to join our team at GSK. As the Site Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of our projects, ensuring the successful delivery of construction activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of engineers and technicians on-site, providing guidance and support
- Coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans
- Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolving technical issues and providing technical expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in site engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
