Job Description
As an ERPNext Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing the ERPNext system according to the needs of the clients. You will work closely with the clients to understand their business requirements and provide them with solutions that align with their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes
- Configure and customize ERPNext to meet client needs
- Conduct end-user training and provide support to ensure smooth adoption of ERPNext
- Create and maintain documentation related to ERPNext implementation and configuration
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to ERPNext
- Work with the development team to identify and implement customizations and enhancements to the ERPNext system
- Stay up-to-date with new features and functionality of ERPNext and recommend best practices to clients
- Provide guidance to clients on best practices for data management and security
- Assist clients with data migration and integration with other systems
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as product demos and client meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Strong understanding of ERPNext implementation and configuration
- Experience with ERPNext implementation, including customization, data migration, and integration
- Familiarity with Python programming language and experience with Frappe framework
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
- Knowledge of accounting and finance processes
