Role Description:
Mexa Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Intern who will be based in Lahore. The intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have experience in human resources and HR management, knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software are desired.
