Role Description
Super Tech (Mal Pakistan Ltd) is seeking a full-time Deputy Sales Manager for their Faisalabad location. The Deputy Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, meeting sales targets, and developing strong business relationships with clients. Working closely with the Sales Manager, the Deputy Sales Manager will design and implement strategies to drive sales growth, and collaborate with other teams to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving performance
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with sales software and tools, including CRMs, forecasting, and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Ability to travel as needed
