Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to work as a Real Estate Cold Caller at Zotec Soft. As a Real Estate Cold Caller, your primary responsibility will be to conduct cold calls to potential clients in the real estate industry in order to generate leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls in English to potential real estate clients to generate leads and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.
- Document and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
