Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Head located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The HR & Admin Head will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including recruitment and staffing, employee benefits and compensation, training and development, performance management, compliance and legal support, HR technology solutions, and employee engagement and retention services. They will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of labor and employment law, HR policies, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
