Role Description:
This is a remote-hybrid contract role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with generating leads, conducting market research, communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing data to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Upwork bidding
- LinkedIn lead generation
- Proposal writing
- Presentations/slides deck
- Account management
- Team Coordination
- IT industry knowledge
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads
- Experience in conducting market research and identifying trends
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in a technology or software-related industry is a plus
