Job Description
Morosoft Technologies is offering a three-month paid Technical Recruiter Internship Program for fresh graduates who possess basic recruitment and IT-related skills and knowledge. We value energetic, motivated, and highly creative minds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist in coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and participating in the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
