About the Company:
Our client company, hiring for this role, belongs to the Salon and Spa industry and is based in Karachi.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager, based in Clifton Karachi. The Salon Manager will be responsible for designing Salon services and packages; optimizing maximum operations; overseeing daily duties and managing staff; managing inventory; ensuring a high level of customer service; managing client appointments and increasing revenue through sales. The Salon Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training staff members.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of Salon industry experience
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Presentable personality and customer service skills
- Ability to hire and train new staff
- Knowledge of local and international makeup, hair, nails, skin, etc. grooming trends.
- Inventory Management
