Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Lahore. As a CSR, you will handle queries and provide assistance to customers regarding Umrah packages, hotels, and flights. Your responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in the English language (both listening and spoken)
- Ability to handle customers’ concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
