Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Trucking – Dispatch Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics of our trucking operations.
As a Trucking – Dispatch Expert, you will be required to:
- Plan and schedule daily routes for drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with drivers and provide them with necessary instructions
- Communicate with customers to address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the trucking industry. Experience in dispatching and managing trucking operations is also preferred.
