Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Multan. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the department manager in overseeing daily operations, managing schedules, training employees, establishing workflows, and ensuring deliveries are fulfilled on time. The Assistant Manager will work with cross-functional and collaborative teams to streamline operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role. (Experience in retail or service industry is preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure
- Experience in employee training, time management, and scheduling
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
