Role Description
3a Diagnostics and Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Product Specialist for a full-time hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility. The Product Specialist will be responsible for managing products throughout their lifecycle, including design, development, and launch. The ideal candidate will maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, product trends, and market opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering. The Product Specialist will be based in Rawalpindi but will be expected to work from home on occasion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing products, from concept to launch
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry is a plus
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages will be a plus
