Job Description
Big Deels Soft is currently hiring candidates for the position of Control Room Operative in Lahore.
Position: Control Room Operative
Location: Shabir Town, near Thokar Niaz Baig
Job Descriptions:
- Check calls
- Prepare weekly, daily, and monthly rosters using Microsoft Excel
- Follow up with officers for daily shifts
- Resolve officer queries over the phone
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain a hygienic environment
Starting Salary: 40,00, with increment after 3 months based on performance
Minimum Contract: 12 months
Working Timings: 12:00 AM – 09:00 AM
Workdays: 6 days a week
