Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Car Salesperson. The Car Salesperson will be responsible for selling cars to potential customers, providing information about the cars, and negotiating sales. They are expected to develop relationships with customers and help them find cars that fit their needs and budget.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a salesperson, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach to selling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and exceed targets.
- Good understanding of the automobile industry and technical aspects of automobiles.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and knowledge of local driving laws and regulations.
- Fluent in both English and Urdu (written & spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
