Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Call Center Specialist role at TheeComBridge in Faisalabad. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints. They will also make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide product information, and schedule appointments. The Call Center Specialist will use a variety of communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat, to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Call Center Specialist or similar customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
