Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Manager at Tekton Engineering. The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising construction projects, ensuring budgeting compliance, managing construction safety, project control, and coordination with clients and stakeholders. The Construction Manager is expected to work from Tekton’s site office.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills to manage construction projects efficiently and effectively
• Ability to monitor and maintain project budgets
• Proven experience in construction safety management
• Proficient in construction project management, including project control
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Dae in related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in a construction management role
• Professional certifications such as PMP and OSHA are a plus
• Experience in residential and commercial construction projects is preferred
