Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Senior Associate I in our Internal Audit & Accounting Services department. As a Senior Associate I, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, assessing risks, and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing comprehensive internal audits, including financial, operational, and compliance audits.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing audit plans, testing procedures, and reporting findings to management.
- Assessing risks and implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate follow-up on audit recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit or accounting.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
