Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervisor. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, including managing project timelines and budgets, supervising construction teams, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and building codes. The role is located in Rawalpindi.
Qualifications
- DAE degree or in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of civil engineering design principles and building codes
- Experience managing construction teams and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and computer-aided design tools
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in the construction industry
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
