Job Description
We are an IT Company specializing in developing and executing high-quality software and web solutions for a diverse range of clients. We are looking for a passionate business development intern to join our team and add value to our growing BD team.
The Role
As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for generating leads and new business opportunities for the company. You will build relationships with clients, identify new markets and products, and close deals that are profitable for the organization. You will work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and senior management to develop and implement strategies that will increase revenue and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Performing tasks assigned by the BD team (organizing documents, updating portfolio, etc).
- Setting up calendars and meetings with clients.
- Build and keep updated documented information on all the potential leads.
- Develop new business with existing clients.
- Reaching out to potential leads.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Sales, Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- Knowledge of sales and business development.
- Knowledge of technical terms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online research.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about sales.
