Your primary responsibilities will include managing their work, providing administrative support, and coordinating with media and businesses. The position involves approximately 30% travel and requires a candidate who is adaptable, well-organized, and possesses excellent communication and management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the professional commitments and schedules of A-category celebrities in the Middle East.
• Provide administrative support to celebrities, including coordinating events, meetings, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with media outlets and businesses to ensure effective representation and brand alignment.
• Act as a liaison between celebrities and various stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
• Offer strategic guidance to celebrities, helping them achieve their career goals.
• Work closely with Moris Media’s hybrid work model, involving occasional outdoor travel.
• Conduct phone-based communications with clients, utilizing excellent telephonic skills.
• Remain patient, career-oriented, and diplomatic in handling celebrity needs and concerns.
• Manage work under pressure and meet targeted objectives.
