Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and persuading them to buy. The Telesales Specialist should have excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will undergo training to become familiar with our services and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Customer service and customer support skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales skills and experience with telesales
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in real estate or related industry is a plus
- Training experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
