Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our team and lead our community engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build and grow a vibrant and engaged community globally around Exarta and its products.
- Build and lead a community team, setting KPIs and strategies.
- Lead your team to scale and grow the Exarta community utilizing platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Reddit amongst others.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to align community efforts with overall business goals.
- Create engaging and relevant content and promotions and work alongside the marketing team in our UK H.Q to help produce relevant material including blog posts, newsletters, and multimedia content, to keep the community informed and involved.
- Monitor community forums and channels to ensure a positive and inclusive environment. Address and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute community events, campaigns, and initiatives to foster a sense of belonging among community members.
- Gather and analyze feedback from the community to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Solid proven track record as a Community Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a Web3, Software, or Technology environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, community management tools, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive community engagement.
- Must be focused, driven, and able to think “outside the box” and show initiative.
- Experience in moderating online communities and addressing challenging situations.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and a passion for staying updated on industry developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
