Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive – International at Abacus, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues and inquiries for our international clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. You will work closely with clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions to their problems, while maintaining professional, courteous, and personalized interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
