Job Description

A Bilingual (French) Support Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers who speak French. They are proficient in both French and English and have a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks.

The main responsibilities of a Bilingual (French) Support Technician include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, or chat in both French and English.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Documenting customer interactions and providing feedback to improve customer service processes.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as software developers and product specialists, to assist in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Assisting with testing and evaluating new products and software updates.

To excel in this role, a Bilingual (French) Support Technician should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
