Job Description
A Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales of technical products or solutions to customers. They combine their technical knowledge with strong sales skills to provide effective solutions to clients.
In this role, you will identify prospective customers, understand their needs, and propose suitable products or solutions to meet their requirements. You will be the main point of contact between the company and the customer, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.
As a Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, prepare sales presentations, and negotiate contracts. You will also provide technical support to customers by addressing technical queries, resolving issues, and providing product demonstrations when necessary.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies.
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
