Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates for various positions across the organization. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will maintain recruitment metrics, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates through the hiring process.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Only Females are preferable
