Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Trainee Accountant, you will work closely with the Finance team to gain hands-on experience in various accounting functions. This position is ideal for individuals with an ACCA background who are eager to apply their knowledge and develop practical skills in a real-world business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- · Input and maintain accurate financial data into the accounting system
- · Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Accounts Receivable and Payable:
- · Assist in the processing of invoices and payments
- · Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Bank Reconciliation:
- · Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- · Monitor and report any irregularities in financial transactions
- Financial Reporting:
- · Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- · Generate financial reports for review by senior management
- Ad-hoc Tasks:
- · Support the Finance team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects
Qualifications:
- ACCA Affiliate/Part Qualified
- Fresh / Entry Level (Relevant Experience will be a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Location: Thokar Niaz Baig Lahore
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
