Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Rental Agent located in DHA PHASE 2 Islamabad. The Rental Agent will be responsible for managing rental properties, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating with clients, managing, and offering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in Rental Sale & Purchase of Real Estate Industry
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Experience in rental management
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of rental processes and procedures
- Ability to draft rental and sale purchase agreements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, real estate, or a related field
