Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Burger Lab located in Karachi. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory, preparing schedules, processing cash/credit card transactions, and handling any customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry or related field
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with hiring, training, coaching, and counseling staff
- Understanding of P&L statements, budgets, and inventory management
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, but not required
