Takmeel Square is the first commercial project in DHA Bahawalpur, covering a 14-acre area. It introduces the concept of 4 marla commercial units in DHA Bahawalpur. Takmeel Square aims to provide a unique shopping, dining, and leisure experience for its visitors as a state-of-the-art integrated commercial project.
Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Call Center Manager. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing call center metrics, and managing the call center team. Additionally, maintaining communication with various departments to ensure seamless operations is a crucial part of the role.
Qualifications:
- Customer Satisfaction and Contact Center Management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to build and motivate a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment
- Experience with call center technology such as Automatic Call Distributors (ACDs) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
