Job Description
Key deliverables: The ideal candidate will perform the following deliverables with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Awareness of IT & Surveillance markets/vendors for collection of cost-effective quotations.
- Responsible for identification of authorized dealers and distributor of IT & Surveillance products.
- Collection of pre-qualification data of vendors from the market for their evaluation and registration with the organization.
- Physically verify the information provided by the vendor on the pre-qualification evaluation form.
- Preparation of comparative statements and its approval from relevant authorities.
- Quantitative and quality inspection of IT & Surveillance products/services procured at the time of GR.
- Follow-up with vendors for items not delivered.
- Coordination with vendors for all required documentation.
- Responsible for maintaining good supplier relations.
- Ensure the product warranty on quotations/invoice.
- Responsible for processing requests for warranty claims to vendors and ensure timely receipt of claims.
Educational Qualification: DAE/B-Tec (IT) with preferred related experience of 2-4 years.
