Job Description

Key deliverables: The ideal candidate will perform the following deliverables with efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Assist for coordination with all government regulatory authorities for routine administrative matters.
  • Responsible for routine repair & maintenance of office building, furniture, equipment and vehicles at all business locations.
  • Responsible for smooth operations of Fuel Management system and coordination with related companies for related complaints/matters.
  • Responsible for management of Pool Car / Rental Car for official visits by staff to intra and inter-city official visits.
  • Responsible to facilitate requests from staff for travel and hotel management.
  • Responsible for timely and smooth performance of responsibilities by receptionists, riders, Gardner, janitorial and administration support staff.
  • Ensure up to date maintenance of log book records for all vehicles and equipment in use.
  • Ensure quality inspection of all types of maintenance work (Building, Furniture, Equipment, Vehicle) completed and perform/report re-work where required.
  • Ensure quality performance of janitorial activities in order to maintain hygiene at head office.
  • Assist for company-based events in making administrative arrangements and coordination with vendors for its execution as per approved plan.
  • Responsible for review of CCTV surveillance activity for its smooth performance and timely report any case of malfunctioning.
  • Monitor & report on daily basis the attendance/performance of security guards.
  • Ensure quality of food/meals on daily basis at mess and report/coordinate with vendor for all types of complaints in this regard.
  • Responsible for routine cleaning of solar plates and coordinate with relevant person in case of malfunctioning and routine maintenance.
  • Responsible for routine maintenance of generators and update of log book.

Educational Qualification: Graduate with honors/Masters with preferred related experience of 2-3 years.
