Job Description

Eplanet Global Pakistan subsidiary, Oaks Clothing Brand, is actively seeking individuals experienced in Amazon FBA seller. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing product listings, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the US, UK, and Europe e-commerce markets, particularly in the apparel sector.

Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on the US, UK, and Europe e-commerce markets, identifying trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
• Product Management: Source, list, and manage a diverse range of apparel products, including clothing, sports gear, baby brands, and automotive accessories.
• Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels, identify potential issues, and implement strategies to prevent stock outs.
• Performance Optimization: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Implement strategies for price optimization, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Customer Experience: Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience through responsive communication, accurate product information, and efficient order fulfillment. Manage customer reviews and feedback to enhance product listings and address customer concerns.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant e-commerce regulations and policies in the US, UK, and Europe.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Amazon drop shipping operations in the US, UK, and Europe.
• Track record of successfully working with apparel products, including clothing, sports, baby brands, and automotive accessories.
• In-depth understanding of the e-commerce landscape in the US, UK, and Europe, with a focus on apparel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.
• Location: Karachi, Site Area, Metrovill.
