Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Executive located in Lahore. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining files, managing appointments, and ordering and maintaining office equipment inventory. You will be required to organize and execute company events and handle the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Organize team events.
• Liaison with all government and legal departments.
• Handle travel, lodging, office supplies, and utility matters.
• Handle bank-related matters.
• Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing various assignments.
• Manage general departmental administrative activities.
• Coordinate with line manager for day-to-day related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an admin executive position.
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software.
• Broad understanding of executive administrative practices and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
