Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Lahore. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR duties, including recruitment, benefits administration, maintaining employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes. You will help support employee engagement and retention while upholding Orbix’s values and goals. Your work will play a critical role in shaping and upholding our company culture and executing our HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the tech industry
• Experience with benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations
• Experience with HR management systems and tools
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
