We are looking for a stellar Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support to developers worldwide. Note: This position requires rotating shifts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Address and respond to inbound customer support requests
  • Collaborate with Development and Business teams to resolve learner-related issues
  • Enhance support documentation to improve efficiency and accuracy in the support cycle
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through a customer-centric mindset

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist in other company projects as assigned

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities to deliver high-quality results
  • High level of professionalism with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
