Job Description
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Officer People Experience – Admin. As an Officer People Experience – Admin, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our employees.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, scheduling interviews, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. You will also be responsible for managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee databases, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and time management skills. You should also be familiar with HR processes and have a good understanding of administrative and office management tasks.
