Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Manage performance evaluation and feedback systems, ensure performance appraisal processes are fair and effective.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and employee benefits enrollment.
If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, we would love to hear from you!
