Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at our Islamabad office. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, communication with customers, troubleshooting customer issues, and resolving customer complaints.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer support and customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to provide a positive customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
